Nona the Ninth
by Tamsyn Muir
Our rating
Spice: none. Darkness: dark.
Nona is a cheerful girl with a missing past, living in a city under siege with people who are very worried about her. Warmer and odder than the other books, and the God flashbacks finally explain a lot.
